Very happy with shades. They arrived in good condition and were easy to install. Top and bottom action work smoothly. The color was not as white as expected but blend okay. I measured the bottom of window instead of top and shade didn't fit in one window but I was able to install by taking the caps off the header ?? I'm a 59 yr old female

We were very happy with our first order and plan on ordering more in the near future for the remodel we are just getting started on. When I priced out the blinds at a local store and compared it to Blind Chalet I was skeptical that the quality would be what we wanted given how much less it cost, but the blind arrived quickly, fit perfectly and was of similar quality. We’ll be ordering again soon for the whole house.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
